This is part of a project aimed at developing products that can be used as tools to create pleasurable, high-quality kitchen environments by combining the technology traditionally used to produce knives in the town of Seki in Gifu Prefecture.
Due to the increasing need today for kitchen knives that can be cleaned by placing inside a dishwasher, we’ve used entirely stainless steel materials that are clean, sturdy and easy to use. These are knives of high quality with simple and beautiful forms that are sure to prove highly popular and that have been created with special attention given to balance, grip and other features aimed at facilitating use.
