Once a year we cook special delicacies for the New Year. To spend the New Year's Day at our aged parents’ house, we make this meal and serve it in a set of Jubako, nest of boxes. I had been using the one that I had had for a long time, but I wanted a simpler one. For important occasions, happy moments and times for celebrating something, I like to take this out and use it more often. |
